Second Open Seminar presented by Japan Arctic Research Network Center

Japan Arctic Research Network Center will hold the Second Open Seminar to share the latest issues in Arctic regions to people from government and private sectors. This seminar focuses on the Arctic Sea Route.

Fee: Free for the seminar (3500 yen for social gathering)
